Technical Pre-Sales Engineer – IT Infrastructure & Cloud

This position bridges the gap between technology and business by providing solution-oriented support through web portal management, partner compliance, and pre-sales consultation.
Key Responsibilities include:

Managing web portals and assisting with seamless partner onboarding.

Ensuring partner compliance by maintaining documentation, certifications, and technical standards.

Delivering and attending technical training programs, staying up to date with industry trends and certifications.

Conducting virtual meetings and offering technical support during the pre-sales cycle.
You will design scalable, secure IT infrastructure solutions by leveraging your hands-on expertise in networking, server configuration, storage systems, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.

Qualifications:
