We are hiring a Sales Officer to join our dynamic banking team, responsible for achieving monthly sales targets across CASA deposits, consumer banking products, mutual funds and cross-selling initiatives. As a Sales Officer, your core responsibilities will include increasing deposit volumes through current and savings accounts (CASA), promoting personal banking solutions, cross-selling financial services, and driving mutual fund product awareness. You’ll develop and nurture client relationships while identifying customer needs and offering tailored banking solutions to ensure maximum portfolio value.
You must possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, banking operations, trade finance, and risk & controls. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, market insight, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related banking/business discipline.
Academic Requirement:
At least 2.5 CGPA, second division, or minimum 45% marks (for percentage-based systems).
